cellc online have no stock

I don’t even know if it’s worth wasting my time to complain. I upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro MAX, the sales consultant informed me they don’t have stock but will have in the week. After a week a phone (last week)they informed me they will receive stock on Friday. I phoned again today to follow up on my delivery and they said they still don’t have stock. The consultant said to me, she can’t tell me when they will receive stock and they also didn’t have any stock since the phone was Realise by IPHONE. Cellc Stores in jhb and Cape town have stock and Vodacom,MTN have stock. I don’t have time to go to a sotre,I upgraded online and was very easy and fast. IF they don’t have stock they need to make arrangement so customers can collect stock from a store.
