Why do one always have to resort to hellopeter complaints in order to get the right person at your company to get in touch with us?

I have been phoning numerous times to your callcentre in order to do a number swop/number change and a migration. This has been a mission and a half.

Half your staff don't even know you can change the number and the other half keep escalating it and nothing happens.

I just want a number swop and a migration how difficult is that?
