CELLC NO HELP OR FEEDBACK

Last week Thursday Morning i phoned Kolonade CellC explaining that my upgrade is on the 25th of Sep so its over 2 weeks, I would like to upgrade to a Galaxy Note4 and saw that it comes in 4 colours, Black,White,Pink and Gold/Campaign, i Asked the lady if they have the gold in stock or can they maybe ask another branch or just order one for me because i''m on leave that day to go and do my contract, immediately said no when i asked again if she could find out she said MANAGER SAID NO...<br> I emailed cellc because i would like to know and get an explanation to how can I not get the phone I want and why cant they order it for me.<br> email said someone would contact me now I'm still waiting from Thursday and I'm not happy they still get there money from me every month and now I can't get any service or feedback????? Would like to know if i can get an answer before the 25th
