CELLC No Communication - WORST EVER

I am a still a CELLC client, CELLC - they debit me every month. I get an call from SSDA ,they told me CellC handed me over on the 9th January 2023 I ask myself, why did they ( CELLC ) handed me over to SSDA with Out Letting Me know ( I'm Still a CELLC Client ) . I told them ( SSDA ) I was surprise when I get an call from you-SSDA and told me that I was handed over. They ask me I must make payment and what was the reason why I did not pay ? I told then ( SSDA ) I was surprise when I get an call and that I was handed over. I then just paid the amount that I own CellC to SSDA on 24th January 2023 . Now I still get phone calls from SSDA to ask me if I was aware that CellC handed me over and when can I make Payment . Now I ask myself, What The Hell Is Going ON !!!
