Cellc nightmare continues.

Cellc is just a nightmare. I cancelled their month to month 199 for 100Gb deal and right now it's paid up but I'm listed as a bad payer on credit score because of their subscriptions that I didn't subscribe to.

There are two game subscriptions that popped up. One I could unsubscribe to and one I had to call and ask why I'm getting subscriptions. The agent who was help me blocked me when I asked him about this and now I had to get an agent to help me about this subscriptions( I thought they were the ones that took my data because first two months my data was more than enough? Next two months they lasted til a week before and the last months it only lasted a week but the agent only explains today that the subscription are a whole new problem) today an agent calls me because I enquired on facebook cellc why I appear on credit score when I've paid up their account and she tells me there's still an amount outstanding for the subscriptions.

The subscriptions I didn't subscribe to and she tells me I have to send some emails to different address...after going back and forth about this I now asked for headoffice email and she refused.

I do not recommend cellc at all.
