Cellc nightmare

I have been a loyal customer to cellc for the past 15years without skipping payments,now my son needs a laptop and I'm being rejected without any reason being alluded to me,is just plain rejected. I wanted 269 laptop contract nd it was rejected as if I dnt pay them monthly. I'm just waiting for them to expire then I will take my business elsewhere ****ed
