CellC nightmare
Hello Peter,
For the life of me I cannot believe CellC poses as a big player in our market and yet they are behaving like a tsotsi, I am so gatvol with Cell C treating customers as if we do not pay for the service. I have now exhausted ways to solve an issue that I had with Cell C fro December 2018 and from then I have been complaining about the service SERVICE SerVIce and through their *********** customer service i obviously never got any help.
In any case, I decided to cancel/terminate my contract with them on 03-04-2019 needless to say I never received any feedback or whatsoever except for their Accounts dept. seems to be very good in collecting monies "owed".
I have now referred the matter to Credid Ombud for advise seeing that my creditor is playing hide-and-seek.
