cellc night mare

i have been loyal to cell c for the past 13 years and during this month i got paid on the 13th and i waited for cell c to debit the owing amount for the month and the did not deduct for the whole weekend. On monday i called cellc to inquire as to why there was no debit and the lady indicated that she had no idea why the debit order did not go through.I specifically indicated to the lady that they must deduct immidiately and she agreed but the debit order did not go through due to the fact that they deducted on the 18th and the initial contract was that my debit order will run on the 15th and not on the 18th. I called cellc and got a hostile reply that its not their fault.On the 18th my bank charges deducted and the money was not sufficient for the debit order. I made a payment arrangement for the 31st and they blocked my line, i only receive calls and cnt call anybody after 13years of loyal service.i cnt wait to port to other networks when the contracts ends.
