CellC New Contract ISSUE Still going on

I don't understand Cell C. You phoned me to apply for a new contract (hardup for new business) went through the whole process, got declined due to ''something'' appearantly on my credit report, phoned to check what it is, itc says theres nothing. Phoned again cellc guy gave me xds number only to realise accounts that's been long gone 5 years ago. Rude consultant, and putting cellc name at risk. let someone from your complaints department phone me immediately someone that speaks Afrikaans please!
