CELLC month to month is *****

Last month March I took out a 50g month to to month contract with Cell C . Come April I tried to cancel this contract with them only to be told its a 24 month contract and that in order to cancel I have to pop out R11000. I repeatedly told the agent I don't want a 24 month contract even as he mentioned this in the conversation . I have TRIED speaking to a manager, send emails ,spoken to call center agents that thinks an apology works and Im still waiting to this day. My money has left my account but CELLC does not give a damn here
