CellC - Misleading sales .... no stock but selling and advertising!

I have been with CellC with quite a few years now but have NEVER experienced service to be as non-existent as currently. They advertise devices in their booklet/brochure that is not even available or in stock, however they "renew" your contract with the promise of delivery within 3 to 7 days. Whilst awaiting the "delivery" the package agreed on does not become active - it is dependent on delivery of the device - and that seems to be uncertain when ... if ever. Trying to call in to the call centre ... waited on hold for 54 minutes,, 38 minutes etc only to be "transferred" and then disconnected. They are misleading consumers!
