CellC misconduct

Good bad day, I had a claim with CellC that put me on credit bureau for no reason,I dnt owe them anything even before they put me on this bad situation I never owe them,The only thing they did ,they double debited me in one month for 1 account which was abnormal and after 2 months reported ,they did not attend my query and remain silent and I reversed what was mine .now they put me on red flag for no reason .I have multiple case references number whereby they saying my case will be resolved soon but nothing is happening.They closed my path to finance institutions whereby our President urged us to make loans so that we can assist our country to get out of deep debts with bank interest but now CellC blocked me to do what is rightful to our country.
