CellC **** to me

I app**** for CellC contract on the 13th of October 2015 and it was approved same time, I was told that I will receive my phone within two weeks, after two weeks I called to check up , I was told that the phone is still out of stock and they will receive it 31 October 2015. I called again to check , they said again it out of stock. On the 8/9th November, someone called and told me that my application expired and we did a new one , and this time , he promised me that I will receive the phone within 7 days, after 4 days, cellc called me again and asked to confirm my work telephone number. Yesterday I called and cell c is now going to delivery in December. I'm lost I don't know anymore. I just want to cancel , calling your call center is expensive since you take atleast 15 minutes to answer.
