Cellc legal useless

My contract was previously in areas but it been more than a month since it settled and paid off, cellc and now I still can't upgrade as they say out does not show, but I sent the confirmation to customer service, and even the store at Eastgate tried to help but legal won't budge even though all up to date this is beyond frustrating!.
