Cellc last excessive deduction
Contract ended and Cellc deducted R299 instead of R168. At first they could not tell me why. I reversed the debit order. Cellc gave me over to debt collection ,although they did not even send me a statement via email as they did previous months. Now they claim i got a discount every month except last month. I did notice this since 1st statement but i took out a R168 contract and there was no talks about a discount. Cellc would get back to me a week ago,Reference Case Number: *** Regards CELLC. Also requested from debt collectors a statement of amount. They seem to want to discuss over phone but not willing to send what i requested via email. My contract ended 12 August and i had over 8 gig left. I still have over 8 gig left because i cannot use data.

29 Sept 2022, 12:10Hi. Only feedback was that it will be escalated and 1st time i hear of pro rata. This however does make sense. I am not even bothered that i cannot use the data that you charging me for. Above was not mentioned by anyone and statement was not send either.

29 Sept 2022, 12:41SSDA,your collection company just informed me total due is not R305 from last week but R446 now. You did stop/switch my data on 12th. Still cannot use the remaining over 8gigs. You still think taking and treating customers like this because you can get away with it.

29 Sept 2022, 18:03Its the same situation not resolved. I can understand your reason of prorata.i recieved 10 gig on the first and pay end of month. Last month you give me 10 gig on first, cut off on 12th ( check and see i cannot use remaining 8 gig) and you charge me extra R130 pro rata. Yoyr collection agency just went from R434 to R503 within hours. And you feel thats right

Today 18th October 2022 i recieved through post bill dated 2 September 2022.. Going to all that trouble, you could have corresponded with me before all this.
