CellC keeps suspending my lines although we have come to agreement

After CellC contacting me and establishing that it is the companies fault for not debiting my accounts my line gets blocked again after speaking to the adviser and agreeing to 500r per month for the mistake that Cellc made my line was avtived now I have blocked again and I did tell the adviser that I will make a cash payment come month end for the contract Cellc really is becoming annoying now
