cellc just sucks!

I don't know how long I'm going to wait to get my issue resolved. On Monday Cellc has told me that they have contacted me,which they did not. I rep**** telling them that nobody has contacted me and that they should check and send the recording to me.Nobody has called me since Monday. Cellc is taking me for a ride. I was on a call just now and told the lady that Blake and associates shows that its no longer with them. she **** to me and gave me blake and associates number and told me it was cellcs legal department. I asked to speak to a manager, some manager said he or she will call me back. I am still waiting. I feel so frustrated. I have lost all hope in cellc even helping me. I have given them ample time, how much more do they need. Nobody even knows who I can speak to besides the legal department.
