CellC just does as they pleases and consultants are NEVER trained properly!!!!

Someone phoned me yesterday to tell I’m eligible for an upgrade. I said I’d speak to my son and if he wants to I’ll contact CellC. Today I get an sms that an enquiry was done on my at Experian. WHO gave her permission??? Does informing the client she can upgrade warrant an enquiry WITHOUT THE CLIENTS PERMISSION??? I suggest you remove that enquiry from my name IMMEDIATELY and inform the consultant it is ******* to do an enquiry WITHOUT my permission. What did she do it for if I did not agree to an upgrade???? I’m so sick of CellC giving me problems!!!!!
