Cellc it's a ******* think twice before you go onboard
Cell C Introduced Heme connect LTE data. It was for 60 days duration. I bought 100 gig on a the 18 December knowing that it will last me 60 day. Without any notice that they are changing the duration to 30 I found myself out of data. A whole 70gig that I bought for work. I called the call center I was given a stupid explanation by one of their consultant. Anyone who thinks of going onboard with cellc. Don't their policy changes over night and they don't communicate. They have no respect for customers.

Since 15 October 2021, Home Connecta Flexi Anytime and Nite data bundles are available to customers to use for a period of 30 days and will not carry over automatically. Customers can extend their data carry-over for a further 30 days by using the data rol***** service. This allows data to be carried over once at no cost, for an additional 30 days
To roll over unused data, customers must dial *147#, select My Account then Data Bundle Rol***** or on the Cell C App, go to Services and choose Data Bundle Rol*****.
