Cellc ITC STRUGGLES

I have been using Vodacom sim since I bought my phone last year. Because I live in a crime infested community I have done my fair share of sim swops, blocking of sim as well as one blacklisting of emei without much effort on this network.

I had my cellc sim in my phone when it got ******. Tried countless times blocking the Emei by calling cellc call centre. First time i called agent told me to go to police station to get an affidavit and call back then we take it from there.

The police constable explained to me that my service provider should first help me with itc number in order for them to open a case and give me a case number.

I called the Cellc call centre again. This time i was asked security question. I could only answer 4 out of the 6 security questions successfully. Hence they could not help me. I tried 3 more times during the day. Still unsuccesful.

Meanwhile the person who stole my phone ended up blocking my email address and attempted to hack my facebook account.

I am so frustrated. There also isn't a cellc branch in my town. I have my emei on the phone box as well as the receipt with my name and address on.
