CellC is useless. No reason for Fixed Lte downtime.

Fixed LTE off since friday.

CellC just does not give a damn about thclients that are offline. They keep telling us to speak to Axxess, and Axxess says there is a roaming agreement issue between CellC and MTN. Now why do they not come up with a proper solution rather than to blame eachother and just messing around the people? Can they not just take responsibility and get the problem solved, or altleast tell the clients what the f u c k is going on. Another company that is failing because of success! You will go down if this is the way you treat clients!!!
