CellC is useless

Yet again I have a problem with CellC. Firstly I asked the consultant when I upgraded, to cancel the WhatsApp bundle in ***, not done!!! Then I upgrade my contract and the new contract commences on 12 Jan. I get charged a ridiculous amount payable 31/1/24. Phone in to query and I’m told my discount was cancelled because I upgraded and there’s nothing I can do about. So I’ll only pay for my new contract in Feb. Never have I ever paid more for my final payment of a contract because my discount was cancelled. She said there’s no prorata charged for anything either!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
