Cellc is useless

I utterly disgusted with the service I have revieved at cellc. Both at the store and call centre. They are rogues. They are charging me for a data sim contract that hasn't worked from March. Yet they keep transferring me when I call for help from one department to another. Rogues. Charging me for something that doesn't work . I have logged numerous queries.. They dont even want to help me get the data of the sim. Got put through to the tech department only to be told call centre customer service must help me. I'm disappointed and frustrated and angry at the incompetence at the call centre. Want to talk to Team leaders and they avoid speaking to you. Charging me for something that doesnt work but dont want to cancel it.

I need the complaints department or even the ombudsman. I am a customer and they are *******ly doing this...this is the trick they use.
