CellC is useless

I have logged so many complaints with CellC but I'm still not getting any results. Apparently they cancelled their LTE agreement with MTN so I use to have FIXED LTE in my area but now I don’t most of the time I don’t have internet but i have to keep on paying them for something that is not working.
