CellC is ****ty company ever

CellC is the worst company ever my tariff plan is a Home connecta I called in they told me on that plan I can't send sms, I told them my situation someone tried to take money from my bank so the bank send me an sms and I need to reply on it and I can't when I call CellC they keep on telling me **** that they are sorry I lost R11000 because they can't help me and I want to port out of CellC and also can't help me. This is a ****ty company no matter what the tariff is what nonsense is that you can't send an SMS ****** stupid.
