Cellc is the worst network in the world

So my wifi router isn't working. I call in, the agent advises me to do a sim swap because the sim might me damaged. What a fkn mission to get a damn sim card!!!!! Cellc store wants to charge me R114 to do it. And I didn't even damage the sim as I never take it out of the router. Anyway so I want to get a new sim and call into the call centre to do it as it will cost R50. What a fkn waste of time. On the call with cellc for 2 days. Still nothing done about it. Request was logged still nothing. An agent tells me to do it via the ivr. Which I did.... only to find out it was done on my cellphone number and not my router number. The call centre agents are fkn idiots if you ask me. And to top it off I have to pay the R50???? And I have to get a new sim? Basically I need to start from scratch!!! This is so fkn ridiculous!!!! I am a supervisor for a call centre and never in my life have I experienced something like this. To the man who put the billboard up of cellc being the worst network.... you need a damn award!!!!!! If I could I'd be putting up billboards everywhere. I'm definitely cancelling my contracts because it just isn't worth it anymore. I'm over it.
