CELLC is the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Cell C refuses to cancel my contract. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. The lady, Tebogo, I phoned twice. I cannot pass the security questions - which is ridiculous because they are the correct details, and a month ago I phoned with the exact same details. Now they keep throwing me out, I cannot speak to anyone who can assist me. This Tebogo lady put the phone down in my ear, she refused to put me through to a supervisor, she did not give me a chance to talk. I AM VERY UPSET with this useless service. How can I not be assisted?????!!!!!!! So I cannot stop my contract - that expires - because no one wants to assist me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
