Cellc is the worst Cellular network in SA

Good day! I would like to report Cellc for receiving the worst cellular service ever. I was contacted on the 12th of April regarding my data SIM card upgrade. I was offered 15GB for a fixed amount of R150 per month. Obviously took it because it’s cheap. When the SIM card was activated I was using the SIM card and to my surprise my account got debited for R1253.95 on the 28th of this month. Cellc gave me an open line SIM card and I was not made aware of this. I specifically asked the sales agent if the data is also capped on 15GB and she said yes on the call. I logged investigations with these people for the past week and I’ve been receiving phone calls with updates from them saying that they’re still investigating the matter and so on, only to find out that they’ve been investigating the WRONG NUMBER on my account as well. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and dishonesty I’ve received from this company and it’s workers.
