CellC is the new rain ISP both only offering dailup internet
Say hello to the new rain. Support ticket lodge two weeks ago. A person just called to confirm that it's me but other than that. NOTHING has been done. Before I could stream my games. Now I cannot even game. They are also cooking speed test results because major speed test websites report 3mb upload but actual test confirm it's 1.5mb when lucky...
The problem is on their network. Plz don't call me. You have my email address.

09 Aug 2021, 14:08I have included my number! You guys just don't care to look. Just playing catch and throwing it back to the customer to delay your weak support service from becoming evident to the public! They have my details for over two weeks. Nothing has been done.
