Cellc is ridiculous
My dad passed away on the 09/01/2021. He got a contract with cellc and after his passing, i have been to the store in pietermaritzburg, to try and cancel the contract with no joy. I have phone cellc and emailed all the documentation and i was told in order to cancel i must R8000 some change. In todays world with covid and employment who has that kind of money lying around. Please assist as they are billing everymonth. According to statement that is emailed and is accummalating. I am worried they dont send attorneys and my mum cant afford that as she is a pensioner.
