CellC is not what it used to be

If I could give this store a minus 5 rating I would. I've been a Cell C customer for years and had no problems until 2020. The issue I faced with Cell C (the branch at Mall @ Carnival in particular) was so bad that I was ready to take it further to the ombudsman but that's when the decided to pull up their act and treat me properly like the paying customer that I am. After I finished paying off my contract for my phone and laptop I decided to cut off all ties with Cell C. Until today... today I decided to visit the branch at Festival Mall and I regret it with every fiber of my being. The utter disrespect and rudeness I was met with. I will never consider being a Cell C customer ever again. This brand has gone to the dogs
