CellC is non responsive and non existent service

CellC has been none responsive to our ongoing connection issue to our home connector bundle. We have called in since signing the contract in sept 2021 , i cancelled the shocking non existant service end of Jan 2022 only to be told I owe a whopping 7grand?(for what?) I have no data connection, useless service, no one comes back to you. When I signed the contracted I could cancel at any point provided I give a 1 month notice, to which I’ve done. Since cancelling I have been given 2 ref numbers, 3 weeks have passed with NO response , I have emailed CellC customer service , no response ! Cellc is nothing but shocking and uselsss. Legally I am suppose to be immediately let go of a contract if I do not get network coverage. Totally disgusting that no one has responded !
