CellC is ****ming me and I’m tired

I’m writing this in tears , CellC call centre agents including their manager is makiNg my life a nightmare if anything happens to me it will be on them, they are debiting me for a contract I’ve paid in full they’ve put me on month to month for the past 4 months I have been trying to cancel the month to month they put me in and they don’t want me to cancel, they say it’s cancelled next thing they debit me again, they refuse to send proof of cancellation including one of their mangers I spoke to, please request for call records so you will hear me crying and begging and begging for them to cancel instead the manager was laughing at the background, I’m calling everyone who sees this please help me I don’t want CellC to charge me for services that I don’t use I don’t even use their number anymore but they are charging me
