CellC is lying through their teeth and overcharging US!!!!! (Their clients - Their Bread and Butter)

I am disappointed by CellC.

When we recently upgraded in May 2020, we wanted to upgrade to a cheaper package.

We asked to upgrade to a TopUp (Pinnacle it's called) but to this day after in innumerous telephone calls and emails.

We are still on a Connector plan and every month we get billed R2000 and above the quoted price!!!!!!!

That is ************ and becoming a cellular service and a violation of our consumer right of the Consumer Protection Act. 68 of 2008.

I'll attach quoted correspondence with this review and my guardian and I DEMAND compensation to our contracts.

This will not stand, this is a democracy, not an autocracy or oligopoly.

Fix this Cell C . . . . . NOW!!!!!!!!!

Good day Doreen, Thank you for your e-mail. I have 2 x contracts that were upgraded from the 1st of May 2020, according to me, this kicks in from 1 August 2020.
