Cellc is **********

I contracted with Cellc 2 years ago a for 20 gigs day time and 20 gigs night time (with the additional 10 day and 10 night being free hence 20/20). However, I have only been getting 10gigs for R320.00 last 12 months and R300.00 first 12 months. I called Cellc multiple times and asked for a investigation with no case being captured by consultants or feedback given for over 12 months. Furthermore, upon cancellation of my contract I was told my data would remain until finished then it did not, my router stopped working completely on the 22nd of March 2020. Cellc has basically ****** money from me for the past 24 months. When I tired not to pay them by reversing my debit orders I was reported to the credit bureau. Cellc is completely ********** and has been breach the consumer protection act for the life of my contract.
