After 2 decades of loyal support their network is to bad for words. Trying to cancel a contract is nearly impossible. A branch can't help you, the network makes calls nearly impossible. 13x tries in one month. I am over the age of 60, lived with the same address and postbox and email for years but I apparently don't know the answers to my security questions. The next option is for me to drive to Sandton HO, take one of the personnel hostage until management take me serious. Just cancel my f&@kn contract.
