Cellc is causing my life destruction

Cellc is the most *********** company ever. They do not regard treating customers fairly at all. I do not know what kind of processors they run but it is definitely not one set out to keep customers happy. I have had a massive headache with them over an account that I recently discovered was there and that has been causing so much havoc on my ITC. Due to this I cannot apply for any credit. I have settled the balance and they have still failed to communicate with me on what is happening. Nor have they sent me a paid up letter and updated the ITC. I have requested a callback on an update but none received. Very disappointed
