Cellc is abusive

Been fighting with Cell C to locate my money that they owed me for months because I’ve been using the incorrect reference number to deposit then once I got assisted now the same amount they payed me in my other account is the amount I owe, worse part I’ve been sent to their lawyers, it ruined my credit score badly and I still haven’t been assisted This is abuse of power honestly
