CELLC IS A ****TY COMPANY. DONT TAKE UP A CONTRACT WITH THEM!

On the 14th of October I sent my phone in for repairs, on the 12th of November I called in to find out when my phone will be done as I was told it takes 21days, I was than told that my phone was never repaired AFTER 21 WORKING DAYS NO ONE CONTACTED ME! I than requested that it please be fixed and was than emailed to pay an excess of R200, the next day I paid my excess and a few days later I received and sms that my phone is ready for collection.. Upon arrival I was surprised to learn my phone has AGAIN NOT BEEN FIXED AND THIS TIME THE EXCUSE WAS THAT I PAID MY EXCESS LATE.. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF **** COMPANY CELLC IS BUT I LEFT TELKOM TO JOIN YOU GUYS. I ADVISE ANYONE OUT THERE THATS CONSIDERING TO USE CELL C DONT!! IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE. PS: IM STILL WAITING FOR MY PHONE SINCE THE 14TH OF OCTOBER.
