CellC is a ****

I ‘m very angry with Cell C company I was on a contract with them for 2 years ago and that contract was suppose to be done by end of July this year (24 Months.) Now the problem they don’t want to cancel the contract I gave them a call on June to to cancel my contract but still today it’s still active and they keep deducting money from my account and another thing they deduct twice in a month from July to this months of November even though I had only 1 contract and it sad because they don’t deduct money as our agreement according to our contact they use to deduct R200 but since I try to cancel the contract sometimes they double/triple the money when you phone them they saying they don’t see my cancellation keep transferring the call to someone else. the operators are useless, do you even have supervisors? last month I think around date of 15/16 money was deducted still I phoned and I was with Lerato on the phone she told me they going to cancel it but they didn’t because today again they triple deduct money.
