CELLC IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER AND I WISH I NEVER USED CELL C

My phone got ****** last week Tuesday 23/08/22. I app**** for an ITC number I was told that I would need to wait for 24 to 48 working hours . I waited that long and up until this very minute I have still not recieved anything from speaking to two managers there is still nothing done about it . The managers at cell c promised to give me a call back yesterday and still have not received one call from your company. For a major service communication provider to have attitude with clients and still not resolving anything even after the frustrating calls I made and up until now I did not recieve my ITC number or a call . Both managers promised to have my problem resolved by yesterday and up until now nothing has been done and my phone has not even been blocked so whoever has my phone is walking around with an open phone . Horrible service horrible its actually a shame because I was a loyal client for 9 years and after the treatment I got is sad all of it is sad
