Cellc is a ***** period!!!!

Good day. I am having a problem with cellc.. I am an existing client to Cellc with 3 account and have been faithfully paying them despite their poor customer service. I recently found out that there was an ********** account opened in my name and I did notify cellc that I knew nothing about this contract and I did not give a consent for it and I needed it to be closed with no charges inclined to me because I knew nothing about this account. Believe me that it has been 4 months the account closed and cellc is still trying to debit for this account in which was found to be ********** and also in which thier customers service consultant claim to be close, and I find this so amusing because I am still debited for this account and I have to reverse the money every month and also this is affecting my credit record I can't, buy anything now because of this I wanted to buy a house I could not do it, even in rentals I was declined due to celc I am thinking of taking a legal action as this is affecting my livelihood
