If i could give negative stars I would. In the CellC portal it clear as day mentions my Due Date for a cellphone contract is 31 October 2020. WEanting to cancel the contract and also give fair notice, I phoned. After being on hold for at least 15 minutes, I am duly told that my contract expired on 28 September 2020, and that I needed to give notice by the end of August! I am then told I will be charged at both the end of October and at the end of November!?!?!? This is ******* of the first water - Will definitely NEVER do business with this ******* and *********** 'service' again. What *******!
