Cellc is a big ****
Cell c is a big ****. I have never received any assistance from them regarding my previous complaint now for the past two months they're debiting extra R70 from my account saying is for unpaid debit order which is not true 28 september they made a debit order and my contract was paid today 31october paid and in both occasions they're adding an extra R70 of unpaid debit order last month they said they're escalating the matter till today this month same response.cell c I want my money back R70 of september R70 of October I don't owe you for anything you always get funds on my account. I Don't understand how can you say unpaid debit order while you debited and received the funds on our agreed date.
