Cellc is a bad service provoder I ever encountered in my life

I am currently a Cellc customer in which won't last for long. I have experienced problems since I started signing up for cell phone contract with cellc in 2017 . I have been a very loyal customer to this abusive service provider , I have not missed even a single payment in my subscription, however in return I get a very bad service . past two years(2018&2019) I was paying for a data that I was not using at all!. meaning that network coverage where I was suddenly stopped working and there was poor connectivity mind you this is in suburban area . I would try to use it and it would just get finished without me even connecting to the internet. One thing that will blow your mind out is that recently there was an contract that was **********ly opened on my name. I fought for it to be closed weeks before debit date. but they closed the account and went on and debited my money for this *****ulant account ..... Customer service of Cellc is bad and they don't care about their Customers. they just milk us with fees that they don't even understand when you question them .I am very dissatisfied with Cellc and it has even caused instability in my home
