Cellc is a ****

I called CellC to report my Sim card which had problems, I spoke to a consultant. He said they must replace the simcard, but only to find out they have app**** a Data sim card which I never had a agreement with. I logged few calls they taking me from pillar to post, am billed for something which I did not activate or app**** for. This a ****. Pls Help. CellC is giving me a pathetic service and no one wants to take accountability for this. Now I have to pay for something which I don't have and never app**** for.
