Cellc is *********

So I’ve been a loyal customer to cell c over the past 6 to years or maybe longer , last year on Black Friday got a call to say they’s a special and if I would like to upgrade the same contract at a cheaper price anyhow accepted the deal (stupid of me not to take the reference number ) but anyhow kept on getting billed at my old amount ,phoned thrice and got all excuses like pro rata charges and so on then suddenly this month they say no the contract price is the same amount that’s why I’ve been getting billed the same all along
