Cellc insurance is nonsense

<p>I took out a cellc contract in April and took out insurance. My house got burgled and they took the router. 3weeks after claiming, I still have no router. I need that router to make an income. Today you are going to debit. I HAVE CALLED IN EVERYDAY AND I GOT CONFIRMATION, I WAS THEN TOLD YOU HAVE NO STOCK. I NEED THIS ROUER TO MAKE AN INCOME, YOUR CONSULTANTS ARE SO ***********. THEY GIVE DIFFERENT INFO EVERYTIME. YOU PROMISED ME 5 TO 6 WORKING DAYS. IT IS NOW 3 WEEKS. I AM REALLLY LIVID NOW. MY LIVILIHOOD IS ON THE LINE.DO SOMETHING!!!</p>
