CELLC INSURANCE (HOLARD)

They hijacked my husband in 15 July 2019 and stole his phone. I do have insurance with cellc and they say I need to get a case nr. I gave them the case nr that same day. As up and till to day we are still waitng for the insurance to give us a new phone. We paid over R1000 for the claim and nothing yet. My husband is losing work becuase he does not have a phone. We are paying insurance every month to Cell C never skipped anything but when you claim you never get anything. 7 Weeks and nothing nothing.
