CellC Insurance giving me the run around

I reported my phone ****** on 30/03/2015 and have emailed the insurance company everything that was needed on the 07/04/2015 but still they cant give me any answers on the progress of my case.<br> I have spoken to them on several occasions as well as on the 15/04/2015 and they informed me that they would get back to me as soon as possible but to no avail.<br> They have been debiting my account for the past 12 months with no problem in regards to receiving their monies.<br> Now when I need to claim they have a lot of excuses on why it is taking so long.<br> I would like a quick response as to this matter from management and they can also reach me on *** or my email [Email Removed]<br> <br> Thank you <br> Edward Monama
